Thousands of residents are grapple with the aftermath of Typhoon Ulysses, international name ‘Vamco’, that caused heavy flooding in many areas and left streets covered in thick mud and debris in Metro Manila and other provinces in the Philippines. The torrential cyclone on November 12 battered the northern Philippines with heavy rains and strong winds, resulting in power outages in many areas, thousands of homeless residents and damaged establishments.
